Yup, you'll have 60 days! Take it to the range, play a few rounds, and if your Steadfast shaft doesn't outperform your old stock shaft, let us know and we'll take it back and offer you a new flex. No questions asked!
To make your exchange shipping hassle-free, we offer Checkout+ at checkout — an optional add-on that covers both free exchange shipping and package protection for your order. If you added Checkout+ when you placed your order, your exchange label is covered. Simply start your return through our exchange portal and select the appropriate reason.
Please note that Custom shafts are NOT eligible for exchanges.
If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, you are responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We know how important it is that your new shaft arrives safely. That's why we offer Package Protection as part of our Checkout+ add-on — available at checkout for a small fee. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim and, upon approval, receive a replacement at no extra cost.
LIFETIME PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If your Steadfast Golf shaft ever breaks, we will replace it for you with no questions asked. Our product lifetime warranty is automatically voided if any pull-out and/or reinstallation of the product has occurred or any other tampering from the product’s original state.
Warranty Flex Exchange Shipments
All warranty exchange shipments must be designated with an ORDER NUMBER (name and email in our e-commerce store must match customer information) on the OUTSIDE of the box or container and a printed out copy of the email correspondence with our support team in order to be accepted and should be shipped to:
